About Our Staff
Rebecca Lambert, ATC, CPT
I have always known that I belong in the sports and fitness industry. I decided I wanted to become an athletic trainer during an apprenticeship program my junior year of high school. Learning about the human body fascinates me; the physics behind each joint; the way our bodies respond to external stress; the healing process following an injury. I am blessed to have been able to turn my learning interests into a career.
While I thought my path in Athletic Training would lead me to working with a professional soccer team, I have found my passion to be here in the gym; bridging the gap between physical therapy and physical fitness.
Most of us have suffered some sort of injury in our lifetime. Whether that is an old football injury from 30 years ago that continues to resurface, an ankle sprain playing pick-up basketball, or the nagging back pain that seems to always be there but you’re not sure where it came from. We all suffer from some sort of aches or pains, but I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to live that way, and there is always something we can do to improve your quality of life.
A Note From Rebecca:
Maybe you suffered a recent injury or had a recent surgery. You went through physical therapy and it helped at the beginning, but you don’t feel like it prepared you to return to your normal exercise routine. This is where I feel I can help the most. Most physical therapy clinics are restricted in their treatments due to insurance reimbursement. As a cash-pay only clinician, I am not restricted in my treatments and can provide a well-rounded program that is customized to your specific injury and return to activity needs.
Our bodies are capable of doing amazing things, if we treat it correctly. It is important to ensure we are taking care of our physical bodies so that we can continue doing the activities we love for as long as we can. This can be hiking 20 miles in the Grand Canyon, or simply picking up our child or grandchild to hold them. My goal as a clinician is to help you either get back to, or continue doing the things you love without pain.

“What separates Rebecca from other trainers, in my mind, is that she genuinely cares about the well-being and progress of her clients. She is constantly moving upwards and learning more techniques, such as Graston, to help her clients achieve the results they need and desire. The dedication to her profession and her clients is second to none; she is a true professional inside out and out.
